Attestation Process :

First of all register your self by your CNIC and registered Email and put your all personal and educational information, upload all documents in PDF forms and then select mode of attestation.

There are three modes of attestation:-

• 1st Method: you can apply through registered courier TCS (any Branch) in pakistan. Process time approximately 30 Working days

• Second Method: by Self Submission:- in this process you have to take appointment during applying the attestation and have to go HEC main office which you have selected. Attestation will be done on same day(appointment day) if you at time in office neither you have to pay process fee again.
• Third Option:- By authorized person (blood relation) will be good. Attestation will be done on same day (appointment day) if you reach at time in office

You have to choose all these mentioned above option during applying attestation and have to submit your original documents matric to onwards, one set of photocopies, fee slip, Paid bank fee and HEC form download from HEC Website.

Fee detail of HEC degree attestation Normal and Urgent:-

Normal Fee through TCS, Degree and Transcript Bank fee is 2000/-PKR without TCS charges.

Urgent Fee by Self submission Degree and Transcript Bank fee is 5000/-PKR

Each Photo Copy will be charge:- 700/PKR

You will pay HEC attestations fee through Link-1 via Jazz cash, Easy Paisa or Your Bank app easily.

All original and one set of photo copy (front and back)

• 1-Matric with Provisional Result card
• 2- Intermediate With Provisional Result card
• 3- All Diplomas with marks Sheets
• 4- Degrees with Transcripts
• 5- Passport Size Pictures
• 6- Candidates CNIC
• 7- Father CNIC
• 8- Domicile
• 9- Husband CNIC (if married only for female)
• 10- Marriage Certificate (Nikah nama if married only for Female)

The comments will highlight the specific problems which do not align with your profile.In comment section HEC write problem which not matching with your profile. Match every information with your documents and make the necessary corrections.

How to recover HEC forget password:-

To reset your HEC password, you have two options available. You can either use your CNIC or your Email address. Make sure to remember the email and mobile number you provided when creating your HEC account, as you will need to use that information to recover your password. It is highly recommended to use Gmail for password recovery. If you choose to reset your password using your CNIC, you will need to enter your national ID number and a verification code will be sent to your registered mobile number. Once you receive the verification code, enter it into your HEC account and create a new password. The process is similar when using Gmail for password recovery.

HEC Equivalency Requirements:-

HEC provide equivalency to your diplomas/certificates only which notifications has been issued by parents institutions with collaboration of HEC. For getting equivalency from HEC you have to meet requirements which was notified in notification.

HEC Equivalency Process:-

Applying process is same as attestation but first you have to get attest your degree from HEC then you can apply for equivalency.
