Introduction:-
The Government of Pakistan has authorized the IBCC to authenticate educational certificates and diplomas at the secondary and higher secondary/intermediate levels. This includes certificates and diplomas awarded by all Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education and Boards of Technical Education in Pakistan, as well as other similar boards at the secondary and higher secondary levels.
Before submitting your documents:-
SSCs, HSSCs, Diplomas, Shahadat-ul-Saanviat-ul-Aama, Shahadat-ul-Saanviat-ul-Khasa, Marks Sheets, School Leaving Certificate, etc. for attestation, it is important to get them verified by the issuing authority/Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education/Board of Technical Education concerned. The verification should be submitted in a sealed envelope from the respective board along with the application for attestation. Please note that IBCC will only attest certificates that have been verified by the respective issuing authority. The verification forwarded by each board will be valid for a period of six months from the date of issue.
Method of Attestation:-
Two methods are available for applying for IBCC attestations:
1- Via the registered courier service TCS at any branch in Pakistan.
- Before submitting your documents, You should verify your SSC and HSSC from relevant BISE boards.
- Apply for attestation from IBCC portal and take print of application form, pay fee, get all original Matric, Inter and a set of photocopies of all documents, a verification envelope which you will get from relevent BISE board submit in TCS office.
- You will get your documents after attestation in approximately one month
2- Through self-submission, where you need to schedule an appointment and visit their office with all original documents, a set of copies, the paid processing fee, and the IBCC form.
- Before going to IBCC office your documents should verify your SSC and HSSC from relevant BISE boards.
- Apply for attestation from IBCC portal and get appointment then take print of application form, pay fee, get all original Matric ,Inter and a set of photocopies of all documents, a verification envelope which you will get from relevent BISE and Visit IBCC on scheduled date.
- Your documents will attest in same day
Method of Verification and Equivalence:-
Your certificate/Diplomas must attested or verified from respective authority. Apply for verification or equivalence from IBCC portal. Other process is same as written above for attestation.
Why Attestation is necessary:-
There are multiple reasons for document attestation, with one of the primary purposes being for individuals who wish to pursue studies or employment opportunities in a foreign country. Embassies typically require documents to be attested by authorized institutions before they will provide their own attestation.
