REQUIREMENT DOCUMENTS:-

• ✓ Application in the Name of Controller, Nursing Examination Board, Punjab Lahore for VERIFICATION
• ✓ Each Original Diploma with Two Copies of diplomas
• ✓ One CNIC copy
• ✓ Domicile Copy
• ✓ One PNC Card(state-life style Color copy)
• ✓ One Matric (Front back Copy)
• ✓ One Passport Size Picture
• ✓ Post office Tickets (Two for per Page)

DGN Verification fee:-

• Fee will be pay in NATIONAL BANK of Pakistan but you have to receive challan form the office of DGN Punjab.
• Verfication of Normal fee is 1500/- PKR per page.
• Verfication of Urgent fee is 3000/- PKR per page

DGN not charge any fee for attestation but only receive verification fee

Processing Time:–

• With normal fee verification will be complete in 25-30 Approx days
• with urgent fee verification will be complete in 10-15 days Approx.
• After Verification you have to go office or Family members are allowed to visit the office with an authorization letter to collect and submit documents to the attestation clerk.
• Once the documents are submitted, you will need to fill out a form, attach a passport-sized photo, and submit it.
• The clerk will provide you with a token/receipt and inform you of the timeframe for document collection after successful attestation

PNC license attested::-

• The DGN can also attest your PNC license card when you present your diplomas for verification and attestation.
